Michael is an associate broker with Re/Max Preferred. Being a lifelong resident of Texarkana, Michael has been buying and selling real estate for 40 years. Ten years ago, he became a licensed Realtor. He is fully knowledgeable of the residential, investment and commercial markets in our area. Michael is active in the community, serving as the Past President of the Four States Fair, a Member of the Texarkana, Arkansas Historical Commission and as a Chairman of our local MLS. He attended Texarkana College and Texas A&M where he obtained degrees in business administration, accounting and real estate. He has been married to Kathy for 35 years and has 4 children.
Niki is a 2016 graduate of Kaplan Real Estate College in Arlington, TX. She comes to the real estate field with a background in Bookkeeping and business management. She is native to the Texarkana area with her roots in Genoa, AR. Niki is a buyer’s specialist, and customer service expert. Her singular goal is to make every client, a client for life. Peggy is a third-generation Texarkana native. She graduated from Genoa Central High School, Hanson Conservatory of the Arts, and attended Ouachita Baptist University. In 2014, after 23 years in business, she "retired" and sold Texarkana Embroidery & Graphics, a very successful screen print and advertising company. In 2016 She attended Kaplan Real Estate College in Arlington, TX. Peggy is driven by sales, but helping people achieve their dreams, by using her knowledge of marketing and advertising is her passion. She is a buyer’s specialist and a staging expert. She sits on the board of directors for the Texarkana Museum Systems and sings in the choir at First Baptist Church. Married to George for 32 years, they have three children, Dan, MyLisa, And Emily Anne.
